Emerald Psychotherapy offers a calm, judgment-free space where adolescents and adults can work through life's hardest challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.

Services

  • Individual therapy is a one-on-one relationship between you and your therapist, built around your specific goals, struggles, and story. Sessions are 55 minutes long and provide dedicated space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and work toward meaningful change.

At Emerald Psychotherapy, I work with adolescents and adults navigating OCD, trauma, mood disorders, LGBTQIA+ specific issues, and more. Together we create an individualized treatment plan and work toward a clear direction forward.

  • Standard weekly therapy is a strong foundation for OCD treatment, but for some people, more concentrated support can accelerate progress in a meaningful way. An OCD therapy intensive is a structured, time-limited treatment format that compresses therapy into longer or more frequent sessions over a shorter period, typically ranging from a few days to a couple of weeks. Rather than one session per week, intensives allow for deeper, sustained work using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD.

Intensives can be a good fit for people who are newly diagnosed and want to build skills quickly, those who have hit a plateau in weekly therapy, or individuals facing a specific OCD flare tied to a life transition or stressor. The format creates space to move through exposures more systematically and with more therapeutic support along the way.

I am excited to share that OCD therapy intensives will be coming soon to Emerald Psychotherapy. If you are interested in learning more or want to be notified when they become available, feel free to reach out.

  • Group therapy brings people together in a structured, therapist-led setting to work on shared challenges and build skills alongside others who understand what you are going through. It offers a unique kind of support that individual therapy cannot replicate, connection, perspective, and the reminder that you are not alone.

Group therapy is coming soon to Emerald Psychotherapy. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming groups.
